– Wireless meat thermometer has a response time, and maybe there will be a delay on the display of temperature.
– It is very convenient that you need not to open the oven to measure the temperature. Different from traditional thermometer, you can put the probe into the meat and set the heating temperature, then you can put the meat into oven directly. After arrived at the preset temperature it will automatically alarm.
– Don’t use thermometer in a microwave oven.
– Don’t use the thermometer over 482ºF/250ºC, otherwise it will burn out the probe, as the working temperature range is 32ºF-482ºF/0ºC-250ºC.
– Don’t expose probe or probe wire to open flames or barbeque.
